I went through an Online GMAT test (done in a video call with other candidates, supervised by the recruiter), an Online Group Activity (business case), and an in-person interview at the company office. However, I didn't get any feedback after the in-person interview, not even to say I didn't move forward. I messaged the recruiter on WhatsApp (how we'd been communicating) asking for an update, but got no response. A few days later, I saw on WhatsApp that the profile had been deactivated. I think they could have at least given some feedback, especially after all the time and effort put into the selection process.

There were two interviewers. We talked about soft skills like teamwork, handling new things, and talking to people. Then we moved on to hard skills, where I discussed my experience with tools, my technical know-how, and how I use data to solve problems.

Behavioral Technical Case

Started with a recruiter screening which had some weird questions but was an okay experience. Then there was a hiring manager round where I was asked about the role and team and product, but I got dropped here because I asked too many questions about the product and they expected me to already know it. There was supposed to be a take-home case study and presentation, but I didn't get that far. Also a cultural fit interview with cross-functional or internal team members to assess behavioral skills, but again, didn't reach that stage.
