So first I had a chat with HR, it was pretty informal. Then I talked to the manager of the area. After that, I was given a business/technical case to work on. It wasn't super tough, but it did need some thinking and specific knowledge. The last step was an interview with the director of the department.

It was pretty chill! The case study was confusing though. This is my second time interviewing with SumUp and the case study is about logical reasoning, but it's very confusing. It doesn't really showcase your skills for the area, but they insist it's the best way to test you. Your technical knowledge gets sidelined if you don't ask the questions they want you to ask in the case study.
