I was contacted by a third-party recruiting company, well-known in the market. First, my CV was sent to the company. Then, the first interview stage had cliché questions, and it was directly with the team (no salary info, HR not involved, etc.). If approved for the second stage, they send a test, lasting 2 hours, quite strange (since you can search the internet freely). And then they disqualify you, without even informing your result. I found it a very archaic process for a tech company. It even seemed like a college test, full of tricky questions.

First, I got an email from HR. The rest of the interview wasn't with HR people though. They set up an interview with an analyst from the area and after passing that phase, I had a case study and another interview with another analyst from the area. The last phase I went through was quite unpleasant, with the person responsible for the position and another person who would be a colleague. It seemed like they were in a hurry to talk about the area and while I was being interviewed, they were chatting on their phones (!!). I didn't feel comfortable at all in such an environment.

I was contacted via LinkedIn. I had an initial HR screening call over the phone, followed by another interview with HR via conference call. The HR representative was very kind and pleasant. She asked me to discuss my career journey and elaborate on certain specific points.
