So, there were two rounds of team calls, each lasting about two hours. After that, there was a 2-hour in-person interview. They basically asked the same questions again from the previous calls, but then also threw in a math quiz and a verbal quiz. It was pretty standard, mostly just checking if my answers were consistent over time.

It was a two-part interview process. First, there was a verbal interview with three interviewers. Then, they had me come back for a fuser test and a setup test. They provided a service guide for the test, and it was mainly to assess my mechanical skills by having me disassemble and reassemble a fuser. After that, I had to set up a printer to be able to print, following the given instructions.

It took 5 interviews. They really want you to talk yourself out of the job. They make you meet your potential manager 3 times, then meet the VP for the longest interview, which lasted almost 2 hours. He asked a bunch of open-ended questions, and I asked him just as many. If you run out of steam of things to talk about, you will not get the job.

I went through seven rounds of interviews before they made an offer. Honestly, I thought they were a bit disorganized for a manager-led process. The compensation was non-negotiable, a real take it or leave it situation.
