Bus Driver
It's a really quick and simple process. After you pass your tests, you'll get a buddy driver to show you the ropes, learn the routes, and then you can start earning. Expect long hours, including weekends. It's crucial to learn your routes perfectly because they're really strict about mistakes.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you faced.
Compliance Administrator
The interview was conducted by two hiring managers and included several competency-based questionnaires. After the questions, there was a short numeracy and verbal reasoning test. Overall, the experience was positive, and I felt comfortable during the interview. The only drawback was being informed during the interview that several internal candidates were also being interviewed.
- What are some competency-based questions?
Product Analyst
I got a message from the hiring manager. We chatted on this platform about why I'd be a good fit. Then, I was invited for an hour-long onsite interview. We talked about my background and why I wanted the role. He asked some behavioral questions and what changes I'd make to the website. I got a rejection two weeks later. It seems like there's a path to project manager here. The company feels like a startup within a larger corporation, and it seems great.
- Can you describe a project you managed from beginning to end?
- What improvements would you suggest for the website?
School Bus Driver
Started with some standard interview questions, then went through background and fingerprint checks, and a medical exam with a drug test. Once all that cleared, we begin training. They really care about work history and attendance, plus how you handle diverse people including those with special needs. Safety is a super big deal, so they do an FBI background check too.
- Can you describe your experience working with diverse individuals, including those who have special needs?
- Tell me about your previous work history.
- What is your attendance record like?
