First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Summit Pacific Medical Center.
Scheduling Specialist
It was a pretty straightforward interview, lasting about 30 minutes and involving two interviewers. The questions were pretty standard, nothing too difficult. They did ask about my knowledge of the company, so it's a good idea to research them beforehand.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Director
It usually goes like this: first a phone screen, then a panel with managers, then a panel with directors, and finally a panel with executives. The executives make the final call, but the CEO has final oversight.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced in a past job and how you resolved it.
Manager
The interview process was efficient and well-organized. Recruiters were fast and responsive, and the interviewers were friendly. The pre-interview process was very structured, although the application itself was quite long and didn't offer a quick apply option.
- Tell me about your experience in an open, conversational group setting, and how you approach a relaxed conversation.
ER Technician
It was very friendly and welcoming. Started with me telling them about myself. Then they asked questions off of a paper and I answered them. They then explained the positions to me and asked what I was looking for in a position and hours. They let me know right away that they really enjoyed the interview and would love to have me on their team.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
