First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Summit Group.
Account Coordinator
I interviewed with 3 people, and they were great. The interview format was a mix of standard and unique. They asked some prepared questions, and then some more spontaneous ones based on my answers. It felt very open and they gave a lot of detail about the role.
- What is the ideal aspect of a job for you, and what is the least desirable aspect?
Purchasing Agent
I started as a temp and then a position opened up. The manager really pushed for me even though I didn't have industry experience. I had a phone chat with the VP of HR and then another chat with the VP of Program Accounts (who was a Director then). Got the offer a couple weeks later.
- What relevant experiences do you have from your past jobs?
- Why are you interested in this role?
- What salary are you looking for?
Technical Recruiter
I met with the main person who works with the clients that the company serves. I also met with some other employees who were present at the time, in person in Seattle.
- Can you describe how well you know ATS systems?
