Met recruiters at a career fair on campus. First impressions were that the recruiters were friendly and seemed interested in learning about me. The process was pretty standard for college students seeking internships. It was competitive and hinged mostly on personality and how well they felt you'd fit into the company. They tend to look for individuals with personalities that align with their Account Managers or managers for the Fast Track program. You'll take an online personality test, and if you fit their profile, you'll be offered an interview. I recall there being three interviews: two on campus and one at the specific branch where you'd likely work.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty standard interview, mostly conversational. I think they were looking to see how well you could present yourself. The interviewers were down-to-earth, friendly, and easy to chat with. Honestly, it was one of the better interviews I've been through.

Technical

Met someone at a job fair, they asked some basic questions and were super friendly. Since they hire a lot from Texas A&M, I decided to check them out. After that, they called me and we talked a few times. I also had to complete some online tests before they offered me the internship.
