First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Summit Behavioral Healthcare.
Alumni Coordinator
We had a phone interview with the Business Development Team at corporate and the local Business Development Director. Then, I had an in-person interview with the CEO at the facility. They were looking for experience in the modalities of modern treatment. The offer came from the Human Resource / Business Development Director.
- What's your vision for the future of alumni?
HR Vendor Management Specialist
I went into the office for a pretty long interview with 3 people. They mentioned it might take a while since I was one of the first to interview. They hadn't decided yet and asked me to meet more people. I talked to them during the interview, and it seemed positive. Ultimately, they decided not to offer me the job and didn't provide any feedback. They've since reposted the job twice, so it seems they aren't in a rush to fill these roles.
- Can you tell me what you were doing after your layoff?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I went through two video interviews, and they mentioned a final onsite interview would be the last step. They said scheduling might be delayed because of the holidays. After about a week and a half with no word, I emailed both interviewers for an update, but I still haven't heard back.
- Can you tell me about your past recruiting experience?
- What kind of roles have you filled previously?
Director of Operations
First, I had a chat with the recruiter to know more about the job. Then, I did a zoom interview with the hiring manager and some other leaders from the company. It felt pretty well organized and not too long.
- How would you describe your leadership approach when entering a new setting?
