Sales Manager
A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. We exchanged some emails, and then decided to proceed with a phone interview. During the call, we discussed the company's growth plans and how this role fits into their expansion strategy.
- Can you describe your past work in the technology sector?
Marketing
It was pretty simple and easy. First, I had a phone screen, and then I went in for an in-person interview with HR and the head of marketing.
- What are your aspirations for this role?
Account Manager
There were 4 levels of interviews. First a phone interview, then 2 face-to-face meetings with different managers, followed by a personality profile. It's a really in-depth interview process to see if you'll fit within the company. They really want to make sure they only hire people who will succeed and add value to the company. This interview process can take a couple of weeks because it's pretty competitive.
- Would you rather have knowledge or take action?
Account Manager
The interview process at Summit was a great experience. The people on the team were really nice and the conversation was thoughtful and insightful. I really enjoyed getting to know Nick and Mary.
- Can you tell us about a person you admire?
