It was a pretty smooth process overall. Started with a pre-recorded interview, and then after about a month, I got invited to a super day. During the super day, I interviewed with 4 different people. They asked both behavioral and technical questions, so definitely make sure to study the 3 financial statements.

I had to do a hirevue first and then I was invited to a super day. The super day consisted of about 4 interviews, each lasting 25 minutes. There was also a good amount of time left in each interview for me to ask questions. Everyone was really nice, and I think networking can definitely help too.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The process had a few simple stages. The first was a presentation with the evaluator at CIEE. The second was with the company's HR managers at CIEE and included a PowerPoint presentation and a group dynamic, which I didn't think was related to the job at all. The third was at the company's headquarters with the managers and was very simple, just some questions in English. It's very competitive, with many people for one position.
