The interview process was really bad, handled by an incompetent recruitment agency. I think the selection process had racial bias, and the interviewers weren't ready. I would not suggest going through any hiring process with SMBC or RAW talent recruitment.

Had a quick call with HR to start. Then, there were way too many in-person interviews with VPs from different departments that didn't really have anything to do with the job. This whole thing went on for months because HR took two weeks to get back after each interview. It was a really small office. They ended up saying I didn't have enough experience, which was kinda annoying since my resume clearly shows how many years I've worked. Basically, it felt like a waste of my time.
