The interview process was normal and professional, everything was on time and conducted online. It was a two-way conversation and overall a decent experience. It involved a phone call and a virtual interview. Nothing unusual happened. The process was quick, and they arranged it fast. They didn't waste time asking irrelevant questions.

The interview was behavioral focused and they really dug into my motivations and future ambitions. I was first contacted by HR via email, then had a phone interview, and finally met with 3 people for the last interview: the MD and 2 EDs, who I met separately and then all together.

I got the job through applying at my university and then went to the New York office to interview with the team. I met with an analyst, an associate, and a VP. The interview questions were more focused on learning about my background from my resume and getting a feel for me as a person. It felt like they were more interested in whether I would be a good fit for the team for the summer rather than testing my knowledge of the field. There were only a couple of simple technical questions. They want to know what's happening in the market currently.
