Behavioral Other

Had an initial briefing and then confirmed my availability. After that, I was ghosted. It felt difficult as I wasn't able to assess the scope without any questions. Please respect people's time, especially those who lost jobs in the pandemic due to budget issues; this experience was harsh and demotivating. I used to have a lot of respect for the organization, but this experience has changed my opinion.

The interview process started with a 30-minute telephonic round covering framework, SQL, ORM, Javascript, Jquery, and domain knowledge. It was moderately difficult. I didn't hear back initially, so I had to follow up with the recruiter for two days. Eventually, I got a call from the company personnel saying I was selected. The reporting manager then called to discuss the package, and negotiations went smoothly.
