I met with several managers from different departments which was great to get to know who I'd be working with. They showed me around the plant so I could see how things are made. They were happy to answer any questions I had and were pretty open about things. The interviewers were professional, and the whole thing felt pretty informal, not like they had a strict list of questions they were sticking to.
