I had one behavioral interview. The interview seemed to go well but updates on a following interview kept getting delayed. Eventually I received an email letting me know they were moving forward with other candidates.

So there were 4 interviews total. First was with a recruiter, then the second with HR. After that, I met with the Data Director for the third interview. The final interview was a panel interview. Oh, and I also had to do an excel power user skills assessment and a critical thinking assessment test called Watson-Glaser.

If you interview with this firm be prepared for an unnecessarily long and tedious process. They ask the same questions repeatedly as if the interviewers have no contact with each other. There are a total of 3 assessments, one of which “claims” to be an excel assessment. The most frustrating part about this firm is that they have zero respect for your time. At one point two weeks after the interview the Chief of HR said I would hear back in one day. I heard back a month and a half later that the position was filled. After 8 interviews, 3 assessments, and 2 months of waiting they did not have the professionalism to even give me a phone call. I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing with everyone at the firm but find it ironic that they specialize in HR consulting and have a terrible hiring process. Overall I found the process to be very negative and a colossal waste of time. I should have listened to the reviews before me and not decided to interview here.

The entire interview process took over 3 months and felt like a series of repetitive interviews where every question was asked again and again. The final interview was an in-person meeting at their Chicago office, lasting about 3 hours. I was told I'd hear back soon, but after waiting a couple of weeks, I had to reach out via email. A week later, I finally got a response that I didn't get the job. It feels like this company doesn't value your time, so if you're interviewing with them, be ready for a long and boring process where you'll have to repeat yourself constantly.
