Operations
The interview process was so-so. The HR part had some basic, very standard questions; they really need to improve that. The interview with the actual department was a bit better. The operations sector is very broad. Thanks and regards.
- What do you like to do in your free time?
Maintenance Technician
The whole process took about a month and a half. I reached the pre-employment stage. First, there was an interview with the Grupo Gestion company, then with the boss, and then the manager. There was a psychometric test and medical exams. After that, they don't communicate anymore, or they leave you hanging saying they don't know or haven't been told anything yet. Conclusion: it's a waste of time and they play with people's needs.
- What are your skills?
- What experience do you have?
- How do you get around and are you nearby?
Product Development Engineer
I applied online and also sent a message to HR about my interest. I got a call from HR right away. She set up a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, which was about an hour long. Mostly, the questions were about my past work experience. Later, they invited me for an onsite interview that was scheduled for 5 hours.
- Can you elaborate on your previous work experience?
- What are some situational questions related to your past work?
- Tell me about a time you faced a difficult situation at work and how you handled it.
