First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SuiteAmerica.
Inside Sales Representative
I got called in and then was taken to what I think was a conference room. Walking there, you pass by all the current Sales team members. It's a bit of a different approach than usual.
- What's your strategy for dealing with an upset person?
Relocation Coordinator
First there was a phone interview, then I had separate interviews with the Director of Supply Chain, Management, and then both company owners. Everyone was really nice and it felt more like a chat than an interview.
- Tell me about your previous sales experience.
Guest Service Representative
The first interview experience was for a Guest Service Representative position, and although it went well, I didn't get the job because someone else had more experience. However, the interviewer recommended me for another role. I then interviewed for the Key Accounts Administrator position with 3 different people. They were all really nice and made me feel welcome. I ended up getting hired for that position and I really like working here.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with SuiteAmerica?
Administrator
It started with a quick 15-minute phone chat, then I had an in-person interview. That day, I met with two people. The first was a really nice and polite lady. Then I met with the CEO. After talking with them, I got an offer. They were both super easy to chat with and I enjoyed meeting them.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- How would you describe your computer skills?
- Describe an instance where you exceeded expectations.
