The interview process was pretty chill. I had two interviews and they gave me the job offer the same day. It's a good idea to know the menu and what Sugarfish is all about because they'll ask you about it, like if you're comfortable with it.

I went through two interviews. First, I spoke with the restaurant manager, and then with the regional manager. They were both pretty easy and simple, no surprises. They asked about me, my experience, and how I'd deal with specific customer situations or problems. Really, they just want someone really positive and who can work well with others.

  • When working with others, would you rather have someone who is a great teammate but sometimes makes errors, or someone who is efficient and gets their work done perfectly but is difficult to interact with?
