The interview process was nice and thorough! It was relaxing but also formal and informative. It was a comfortable place to answer honestly. The interviewer was nice and classy and meant business! She liked me instantly and forwarded my information to the second interview which I also passed with flying colours.

The first step was a phone screening with the Director of Operations, but they might have changed that to have HR do the phone screen first now. If it goes well, you'll be asked to come in and do an Excel exercise at the office. It's timed, but you can look up functions online if you forget them; being resourceful is really important. After that, there will be 2-3 in-person interviews, likely with the Director of Operations and the Manager of Strategy or Director of Planning.

  • What are your top five most useful Excel functions?
  • What are three things on your bucket list?
  • Describe a time you dealt with a difficult situation.

I applied online through the company's website. The first step was a phone screen with HR, lasting about 15 minutes. HR asked some basic background questions and gave more details about the internship. After that, I had an in-person interview at the office with the Director of Operations. It was a very casual and conversational meeting; he was really friendly and easy to talk to, which was great! It was mostly a discussion about my resume and past experiences.

  • What would be your strategy for improving process efficiency if you were given that task?
