It was a two-part interview process. The first meeting was with the Head of Digital and the current Senior PM. The second meeting involved two more Senior PMs. The process was pretty standard, with the kinds of questions you'd expect. Both interviews allowed time for me to ask questions, and their responses felt genuine, without a lot of corporate speak. The Head of Digital seemed like an ideal manager – sharp, calm, approachable for discussing concerns, and importantly, he values hiring experienced people who can work independently. I ended up declining the offer because I'm looking for a long-term role, and being restricted to just pharmaceutical clients might become limiting after a while.

It was a pretty chill interview, nothing too challenging. They asked about my personal interests and motives, and where I see myself going. There was some talk about international exposure, and they hinted that it's a good opportunity to grow in the early stages. They also mentioned that if you're looking to earn more, you might consider moving to another company or agency, maybe in Central Europe.

I was contacted about this role and then interviewed by the senior account management team. The questions were competency-based, pretty straightforward to answer. They weren't so much about my experience for the level I was applying for, but more about confirming I could do the job and was sensible.
