I applied online and heard back from the office manager about 3 weeks later for a screening interview. They said I shouldn't ask any questions about the role or responsibilities because they'd be covered in the next interview with the director. The second interview was set for about a week after the first, but 15 minutes before it was supposed to start, they called to cancel it because another candidate accepted the offer. It felt really unprofessional.

Had an initial chat with an HR person. Pretty early on, she asked about my COVID vaccination status or if I could get an exemption. I mentioned I wasn't comfortable sharing that. Things got awkward when she said it was mandatory for all employees. I think they were trying to screen for political views because I got rejected the next day.
