I applied online and heard back from a recruiter who wanted to set up an in-person interview. That interview started with me talking with the office manager and a project manager about my resume. After that, I spent some time chatting with my future teammates at their desks. The next interview was a lunch meeting with the office manager and a regional manager where we talked about salary.
