It was a thirty minute phone screening, which was easy. Then there was an online assessment with two problems that took two hours and was also easy. Finally, I had a round with four people, two technical and two behavioral interviews. The whole process was pretty easy.

I had a phone chat with HR first, and then a virtual meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager inquired about my typical day-to-day duties, my previous work history, and my salary requirements. Since I was too qualified for the position, the interview concluded quickly after about 15 minutes.

The process didn't involve talking to anyone live. It was a straightforward common sense check and a customer service test. After that, it's just waiting for your results to be approved. I didn't speak to anyone for onboarding.
