It was an in-person interview with the managing directors. They talked to me about skills, what I like to do, and my availability. I also had to do a five-minute practice lecture on a topic I picked.

It was a really quick and informal chat. I talked to the manager of the place. They asked me some basic questions and also some questions about tutoring, like what subjects I'm good at and if I'd tutored before. The whole thing took about 20 minutes max. I got hired really fast, within a couple days.

It was a pretty standard interview process. I had a phone interview first, then an in person interview. They asked more about my background during the phone interview and about my experience during the in person one. Both interviewers were very nice people, which made the interviews comfortable.
