The interview process had 3 steps: 2 in-person interviews and an aptitude test. The managers seemed really nice and supportive. They also gave me a tour of the facility on the second interview so I could see where I would be working and get a feel for the factory environment.

So the whole interview thing was a few parts. First, I had a phone chat, like a basic one. Then I went in for an in-person chat with the Marketing Manager and someone else who was a Marketing Coordinator. After that, I had another chat with the General Manager and the Head of People and Culture. The very last thing was a psychometric and personality test.

I interviewed twice, once on Skype from Australia, and the second time in Webster. The facility was very clean. The interview was laid back, and I could dress casual. Everyone I talked to seemed to love working there, and it seemed to run pretty smoothly.
