I had three interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, a phone call, and then a more in-depth video conference. After that, I had a second interview with the legal manager because there's a legal aspect to the job duties. Finally, I had a last interview with the head of HR.

I was contacted by HR about a month after I applied online. We did an email screen and then a phone screen. It took a couple more weeks to set up the next interview, which was with the CMO and two other team members. The CMO said they'd get back to me within a week. I haven't heard anything since, despite following up, which I found unprofessional at this stage. A simple "Thanks, but no thanks" would have been appreciated.
