Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stryde Management.
Sales Representative
The interview process was surprisingly easy and not as stressful as I anticipated. The team members, including the hiring manager, were very friendly, making the interview feel more like a casual conversation than a formal interrogation. The hiring manager explained the fundamental aspects of the business, which I found to be not particularly challenging.
- Can you tell me more about your background?
- Could you share details about your experience with Verizon?
Sales Representative
Surprisingly pleasant! Job interviews are always a bit nerve-wracking as you never know what to expect from company to company. The hiring team has been very easy to work with and talk to. It feels more like a conversation than a drilling of personal questions, which is relaxing and allows me to give more information than I would normally be able to answering questions under pressure.
- What personal attributes do you think you would bring to this role?
Sales Representative
The interview process with Stryde Management has been the best I've had in my career. Both the account manager and hiring manager were professional, personable, and fun to talk to about the position. I've really enjoyed it so far and look forward to more interactions!
- Would you rather work from an office desk or interact directly with clients and consumers?
