Project Engineer
It's a pretty standard interview process. The hiring managers will ask you the usual interview questions and then let you ask them questions too. They'll usually tell you how you did right after the interview.
- Can you describe your experience with reading and comprehending technical drawings?
Recruiter
Applied to Structure tone via LinkedIn and was contacted a day later for an interview. The interview was straightforward, covering past positions and job responsibilities, with the HR director being very friendly. I was told to contact them in a few days if interested. I called the HR manager as asked, and they again requested I call back in a few more days. I did reach out and left a voicemail but received no response. Emails asking if I was still being considered were all replied to, stating I was still being considered and would be contacted the next day, but I was never contacted or received an email stating the position was filled. It was difficult to contact the HR manager when asked, feeling like I was given the "run around". The company seemed like a great place to work.

General Superintendent
Started with a phone interview, then a formal meeting with 6 upper management bosses. Had a one on one with the SR VP of construction. Met with HR before and after meeting the bosses for Q&A. Had a launch meeting with the VP and HR. About 3 weeks after the meeting, got a phone call with an offer. Got a follow-up call about SOP and items discussed. HR had a different take on my position and the SR VP's SOP? HR was very slow to return calls and reassure me of my duties. They said, "Just get here and we'll figure it out..."
- How would you address or support a project that isn't performing well?
