Executive
It involved several interviews, both online and in-person, each lasting between 45 and 90 minutes. I met with interviewers in groups ranging from one-on-one to three-on-one. The whole thing took about 2.5 months to complete.

I chatted with the boss who seemed really enthusiastic about my past and current engineering projects from college and high school. Then, we took a tour of the place, and they asked me what skills I thought would be most valuable to the company. By the end, it felt almost like an orientation already.

CNC Machinist
I applied online and got a call. First, I spoke with the HR Generalist on the phone. Then, the Milling Manager called me for another phone interview. After that, I came in for an in-person interview where I took a tour. Finally, I got a phone call with an offer.
