First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Struck.
Copywriter Intern
The interview was super chill and felt like a good chat. The person interviewing me seemed great to work with. It's a bummer they were looking for someone with more experience than I have right now. I really liked the vibe there, so it was a letdown.
- Is your experience level adequate for this position?
Client Partner
I had an initial HR phone screen, followed by a video call interview. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back after that.
- Why are you interested in this role?
Graphic Designer
So the interview was pretty standard, you know, like most interviews. The questions they asked were pretty common, but I felt like they were all pretty relevant to the role. Nothing tricky or out of the blue. What they seemed really keen on knowing was why I specifically wanted to work for *this* company. They're trying to hire folks who genuinely want to be there. They also gave me ample opportunity to ask my own questions.
- I didn't find any of the questions to be difficult or unexpected.
- I didn't think any of the questions were difficult or unexpected.
