I finished the simple application, uploaded my resume, and took a test. Then I booked an online in-person interview with a Chat Bot on the company website for the role I applied for.

Behavioral Case

This was a pretty standard product interview. It had case and behavioral questions. First, there was a recruiter call to screen candidates. Then, two initial interviews with product people to move to the final round. The final round involved a product sense case about improving a product and a behavioral case interview.

Behavioral

The interview process was not a good experience. The HR person was lazy and unprofessional, joining the video call late. They didn't even turn on their camera, making it seem like a formality. The HR's tone was rude, which was unexpected from a company like Stripe. This first interview with HR gave a very negative impression of the company overall.

The interview process was good and fairly straightforward. After submitting my online application, I had a call with a recruiter for a screening. It felt like a two-way conversation, covering why I was interested in the role and what I was looking for. There was ample opportunity to ask questions about the company.
