So, I had two interviews. The first one was a phone call the day after I applied, basically just to see if I'd ever done bug testing before. The second one was a week later and was way more involved, with four different people interviewing me. That one was definitely more technical and a lot harder.

The interview process was a positive virtual texting experience. Initially, I suspected it might be a scam, but it turned out to be legitimate and conducted by a real person. I enjoyed the interaction and would recommend it.

The two people I spoke with (lead recruiter and Director of Product Dev) were friendly and personable, but my overall experience ended up being negative because I was ultimately ghosted. It's especially frustrating because the lead recruiter had specifically told me he wanted me to have a good experience. After my last interview, I tried to follow up for an update a few times over a few weeks (twice via email and once via text message, as he had suggested I text him previously if I had any questions). I never heard back.

The interview process involves meeting multiple team members, with each round increasing the number of interviewers. You'll eventually meet with the lead designers and the rest of the team you'd be joining.
