First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stretch Zone.
Stretch Practitioner
Usually interview with the manager in person first. Then a phone interview with the franchise owner happens to see if you're a good fit. It all takes about three weeks tops, but that depends on the studio and what they need.
- Can you share an instance where you had to resolve a conflict with a client?
Stretch Practitioner
First, we'll talk about your past experiences that fit the job title. Then, we'll cover some basic anatomy. We also want to see your personality and how you build rapport. After that, there's a basic training session where you'll learn stretches, and you have to pass this part to get the job.
- What do you know about the muscle system?
Stretch Practitioner
The interview process started with a quick phone screen with a regional manager. Then, I had an in-person interview with the GM of the location where I would be working. The GM actually gave me a stretch as part of the interview so I could really get a feel for the product and what my job would be like.
- How would you become best friends with someone in just 10 minutes?
General Manager
Did a virtual one-way interview on wedge, then the owner texted me to set up a phone interview. I had the phone interview with the owner, and then they texted again to set up an in-person interview with the owner. Then the owner ghosted me mid-conversation when trying to schedule it. No response since.
- Tell me about your past management experience.
