- Are you looking for part-time work?

The interview process was straightforward. They asked me about my background in dance and working with kids. I also had to explain my motivation for wanting the job and my personal values. It also involved confirming my availability and willingness to get certified in CPR and First Aid.
- What experience do you have working with children?
Fitness Instructor
The interview was more focused on behavioral questions and my previous experience and skills, and how I would apply them to the role. It felt like a good, well-organized process.
