First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Streebo.

First, there was an HR screening where they looked at my profile, my career goals, and why I wanted this job. It was a check on my communication and soft skills. Then, a Technical/Functional Interview. After that, a Case Study, followed by a Managerial Round. Finally, a Final HR check. The whole process was pretty easy and smooth.
- When requirements from different stakeholders conflict, what's your approach to managing that situation?

First up was a chat with HR about your background and resume, plus basic stuff like communication skills, salary expectations, and when you can start. Then there was a technical interview diving into QA fundamentals, covering testing types (manual, automation, regression, unit, integration), and asking scenario questions like how you'd test a login page. They also asked about tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and how you report bugs. Sometimes they throw in a practical assignment to test your skills, like writing test cases or finding bugs. Finally, a managerial or client-facing chat to see how you solve problems, talk to developers, and handle client needs, like prioritizing bugs near a release. The last step was another HR chat about company culture, growth, and finalizing the offer.
- Can you explain how you guarantee software quality before a product launch?
- How do you plan to approach tackling multiple bugs discovered just before a product's release?

So Streebo came to our campus for placements when we were in the beginning of our final year B.E. program. The whole thing lasted for 2 days. Day 1 was on campus and Day 2 was at their Ahmedabad office. On Day 1, we had an Aptitude Test which included basic aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, some tech questions, and code snippet questions. Then there was a written Personality Test and an HR Round. On Day 2, we had to play two mobile games and they tracked our progress in a set time. After that, it was Technical Round 1, then Technical Round 2 with a different interviewer, followed by a Management Round, and finally a Talk with the CEO. Honestly, it felt super long and tiring. About 40% of people made it past the Management Round.
- Can you share an instance from your past where you took charge of a team?
- Walk me through the steps involved from initial client contact to the actual development phase.
