First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at StrawberryFrog.
Strategy Director
The interview process was really engaging and moved along fast. They were quick to give feedback and kept everything open and transparent throughout, making it a very positive experience overall. I'd recommend them because of their great reputation, the leadership's involvement, and how open and transparent they are.
- Can we have a conversational dialogue about your background?
Open Candidate Interview
Received a quick reply from BusinessDevAssociate to schedule an interview with all candidates. We were divided into groups for a client brief with a real deadline. Each group (~6 groups) had one copywriter, art director, account, and planner. Didn't hear back afterwards; they said they would at least provide feedback to all teams in about a week. Called in over a month later, they chose no one and didn't reply to anyone. It was the most unprofessional experience I've had, with poor team communication.
- No questions were asked because they didn't evaluate the teams or observe how candidates worked in a real-life scenario. It was poorly managed.
Account Manager
I applied for the job and a recruiter called me back. They were really helpful and gave me a lot of info about the role. Then I met with the team, followed by the Chief Of Staff and the CEO. It was a really positive experience, everyone was professional and friendly. I felt like I could fit in and learn a lot, and they made me feel welcome.
- What drives you?
- Can you describe how you manage difficult clients?
- What are your favorite movements?
Creative Director
It was a thorough interview with creative leadership, and I also met the CEO. I visited the office a few times and met with creative directors, account management, and the strategic group. Lots of meetings and discussions. The team is really thorough and smart.
- Tell me about what motivates you intensely.
- Which clients do you find most engaging to work with?
- How do you behave when you're under pressure?
