Marketing
The interview process involved a take-home assignment, followed by three interviews. You'll also need to provide two recommendations. Be prepared for behavioral questions about handling challenges or conflicts, and expect questions about your past roles, future aspirations, and what you're looking for.
- What was your previous job?
- What are your career goals for the next 5 years?
- Can you share an example of how you dealt with a difficult situation?
Quality Manager
The interview process involved 5 stages of interviews and capabilities evaluation. It started with a group station, followed by an interview with HR. Then there was an assessment by an outsourced company, which included tests and a psychology interview focusing on group interaction. After that, there was another job interview with the manager, and finally, another job interview with a senior manager.
- There were no surprises during the interviews.
Assistant Project Manager
This was a personal Zoom interview for the assistant project manager position, part of a program by the Kav Mashvi association. It was a half-hour interview with two interviewers. They asked some in-depth questions about my CV, focusing on my experience with time management, teamwork, past roles, and other personal skills.
- Describe challenges you've faced with partners during group work and projects, and what made them difficult.
Human Resources
I had a phone call with the recruiter. She called when I was unavailable, then called again stating she couldn't wait long as other candidates were more interested. During this call, she didn't let me discuss my career path and only talked about their inflexibility regarding working hours.
- Are you willing to work long hours and in a global environment?
