Had multiple phone and virtual interviews. Then I got to the first in-person interview. The entire process took too long. By the time they wanted to move to the next step, I had several offers already. I couldn't pass up other opportunities to interview elsewhere. It was over 30 days from the first interview to what would have been the last.

So I've interviewed with them twice. The first time was for a lab sales gig. I got to the third round, which was in-person with the sales manager. He was cool. But then they totally ghosted me. The second time, about 3 weeks ago, I went for an implant role since I've got tons of experience there. Talked to the recruiter, and yep, ghosted again. Seriously, at least have the courtesy to tell a candidate they aren't moving forward. It just makes the company seem arrogant and rude.

I connected with the hiring manager through an external recruiting firm. The interview was pretty direct: we went over my resume and then they asked me some situational questions about my past experience. There were other candidates too. Unfortunately, before I could move to the next stage, the recruiter let me know the company decided to go with someone they found themselves. It's a really strong company, a leader in its industry, and they do a lot of clinical research and data analysis on their products. I also got the impression they have strong business ethics.
