It was a typical 5 step interview process. Started with a call screen, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. After that, there was a call with corporate leadership, and the final interview was with the hiring manager and then an offer from HR. Onboarding was standard and included a few ride alongs with regional colleagues.

I applied online and then had a phone call. After that, I had an interview. The manager was nice and explained everything and asked some math questions. The whole process went pretty smoothly, and they handled all the other arrangements afterward.

The initial process to get in touch with the company took 8 months. Once connections were made, I had 2 interviews very close to each other. The questions were fast and precise, giving insights into the job. I was initially told I was amazing and they wanted me. However, a month later, I received an email stating someone else was hired. Upon contacting HR, I learned finance had cancelled the position and I would be the first to be contacted if it reopened. 5 months later, the position was reposted, and after 3 weeks, I had to reach out again for updates. I'm now being told I'm not being considered due to lack of EEG experience, despite being in the medical field and the job posting not specifying this requirement. They effectively wasted a year of my time.

I had a phone screen and then right away they set me up for an in-person interview the very next day. After that, I had an in-person interview with the team, and then they scheduled me for a second group interview the following week. This group interview had Executive Managers and people I'd met before, and they asked me some tough questions. The offer came super fast, even before I got home, and I started that same week. The drug screen and background check were really smooth. Then it was just the usual paperwork and orientation on my first day.
