After submitting my resume, they reached out and I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a standard interview, the second allowed me to ask questions about day-to-day activities, and the third was a mix. I thought it went pretty well, but I never heard back after the third interview, not even a generic response after I followed up twice. Total ghosting.

I talked to 8 different people, and one of them I met with twice. Barry Smith, who isn't at Stratix anymore, was great, and so was the rest of the staff. I liked meeting everyone and learning about the company. They were selling me on Stratix, and I was selling them on my skills.

It wasn't exactly an interview, more like a test to see if you met the basic requirements. They didn't ask a ton of questions. I'd still recommend preparing for anything, though, because they might throw some curveballs at you, even though you go through an agency.

I took the Wonderlic test twice and passed both times. I met with everyone and got nothing but good feedback. In the end, I got an email saying they decided not to move forward with filling the role. Total waste of my time, I'm really disappointed.
