Manager
The process was kind of a mess. The HR person was condescending and basically said she didn't want to waste her time with me. I get that HR might not like their job, but that's not professional, especially at a firm where EQ matters. HR initially said all 4 interviews would be on the same day, but then only scheduled one. When I followed up, she finally admitted there was only going to be one interview. Her communication was really bad and she didn't tell me about the change upfront. The interviewer, though, was great – professional, friendly, and respectful.
- Could you provide a business case study analysis?
Management Associate
The initial call was supposed to be a quick recruiter screen, but it turned out to be the whole first interview round. It wasn't super tough, but I was kinda bugged that they didn't tell me upfront, so it caught me off guard. Also, they never got back to me after the interview, just left me hanging.
- Tell me why you're interested in working for our company.
Senior Manager
There were 4 interviews in total. Each interview was with a different partner from the team, and the final ones were with the partners responsible for the area and the Strategy& team at PwC. The interviews were very open conversations, and there were no case studies.
- After passing the initial interviews, the discussions focused on the questions I had.
