Behavioral Case Presentation

The interviewers were super nice and genuinely interested, making it easy to connect with them, which was different from my experience at MBB. It's a classic consulting interview with personal fit and case study components. The whole process, including all three rounds, is conducted remotely and completed in a single day. This even includes receiving a job offer on the same day. One of the interviews is conducted in English.

After an initial test, there were 2 rounds, each lasting 45 minutes. The first round involved a market sizing question and some motivational questions. The second round was a written case study. You'd get a packet of 10-12 slides and had to answer 3 questions. You had 10 minutes to go through the material, and the rest of the time was spent on the case itself.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a long interview process, spread over two days, which was quite tiring. The final interview involved a discussion with a high-ranking individual. Hiring seemed to depend heavily on personal rapport with this person, as there weren't any particularly difficult or technical questions.

  • Can you discuss a current event or topic of significance?
