Group Behavioral Case Presentation

The virtual assessment center was about 4-5 hours long. It included a group case exercise, a one-on-one behavioral interview with HR, and an individual task where you had 1 hour to read information and then write a recommendation report. The AC itself was fine, but they ghost unsuccessful candidates and don't reply to emails.

Case Behavioral

It's a 2-45 minute interview process where each interview is split between case study and behavioral questions. The first round is an assessment focused on your interpersonal skills and strengths, and then you go straight to the superday.

Behavioral Presentation

It started with a call with HR to set up the initial interviews. Round 1 had 2 interviews with senior consultants/Managers, and the whole thing took 2 months from the HR call to getting feedback on round 1. The manager was great and insightful, but the consultant was super rude. He canceled the interview 5 minutes before it started, even though I took a day off for it. Then, during the interview, he was unclear about what he wanted, and when I asked for clarification, he just said, 'you already have the information.' After this, it took them a few weeks to give me feedback.
