First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Strategy&.
Analyst
First, there was an online assessment where I had to record a video. Then, I had an assessment centre which was about an hour long. It included a 30-minute case study, which felt more like an unstructured case, and a 30-minute behavioral component. The behavioral part was pretty standard for consulting roles.
- What is your motivation for joining PWC?
- Can you describe an experience working in a diverse team?
Summer Analyst
The interview process involved two main interviews. One was a case study that I hadn't seen before, and the other was a case where I had 15 minutes to review some materials beforehand. They also asked questions about my CV. If I did well in the morning interviews, I would have more interviews in the afternoon, culminating in a presentation to the partners.
- Questions about your CV.
- An unseen case interview.
- A seen case interview where you are given 15 minutes to read through a pack.
Analyst
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. Each round involved case studies that were mostly focused on sectors in the Middle East. The cases I received were about profitability and market sizing. A lot of the topics discussed were about ongoing projects in Saudi Arabia. It's really helpful if you have a lot of knowledge about the Middle East and the companies that invest heavily in this sector.
- Tell me about case studies related to Middle East sectors.
