First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Strategio.
Strategist
The interview process was very structured, with excellent and straightforward communication. The talent team was amazing. The interviews were direct and transparent. I consistently had a point of contact and someone who followed up on my process.

Business Development Representative
I was contacted by a recruiter online who set up an initial call. After that went well, I had a one-hour meeting with the talent strategist lead. A weird thing happened when the recruiter called me a few hours before this second interview to ask if I could come in person, even though we had agreed it would be virtual. I said I couldn't make it in person last minute, and they said it was fine. The second interview itself was really bad. The interviewer struggled to ask questions clearly, seemed to be reading from notes, and couldn't answer my questions about the job. For example, she didn't know the monthly meeting quota, the company 401k match, or the commission structure. It felt like a waste of time.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Software Engineer
The interview process involved a Coderbyte technical assessment with Leetcode easy questions, followed by a behavioral interview where they asked about my background, why I chose Strategio, and my past projects and technologies. Then there was a technical screen, either onsite or via call, where I had to solve the Two Sum/Three Sum problems. It was pretty easy, but the scheduling took over a month. I don't recommend this company. Do some research on Strategio, especially Reddit. If you're a new grad, look elsewhere unless you're desperate. You might not even get hired after their 8-week training. If you do get placed with a client, you're in a 2-year contract for 60k the first year and 70k the second, which is really low for engineering.

- I don't recommend this company. You should do your research on Strategio (look at Reddit).
- If you're a new grad, definitely consider other options unless you're desperate to get your foot in the door.
Client Services Strategist
So disappointed with STRATEGIO's recruitment. They ghosted me after I showed interest. They seem interested but then ignore you and don't give feedback. Their 'ethical values' are not seen in recruitment. Emails weren't answered and the manager cut the interview short, told me to contact her on LinkedIn, and then she never responded. The process is long, inefficient, and a letdown, not matching their employer brand.
