I interviewed for the Director of Client Events role. The Zoom interview had two people, but only one talked. The interviewer called a whole department ‘The Girls’ and said they were ‘drama’ because they are young. I was shocked that a company leader would say that and think so little of her team. I should have said something, but I knew I didn’t want to be part of this culture. It matched online reviews. I also felt like I wasn’t the right ‘fit’ for reasons other than my skills. Be careful if you consider this company.

Behavioral Other

Had an initial call with a recruiter, then an interview with the CMO and 3 female colleagues. The CMO criticized my job history without letting me explain my recent grad status and internships. The rest of the interview was odd, with the CMO and his colleagues spending most of the time talking amongst themselves about their personal lives in a flirty way, making me feel uncomfortable. They only asked me about 3 questions in the hour-long interview.

The interview process was very nice and professional, although they are quite selective. Communication was good, and there were several interviews to go through. It seems like they have a solid plan for how they recruit.
