It's a phone interview first, then an in-person meeting, and if they like you, you'll Skype with the Division VP in NY! For the in-person part, they have you sit on the sales floor to fill out paperwork, which usually takes about 30 minutes before they call you in. If the chat with the Branch Manager goes well, you'll go back to your seat on the floor, and I've seen candidates sit there for another 20 minutes before being called to the conference room for the Skype interview. Make sure to clear your schedule for the whole day if you have an interview!

When you come in for the interview with Mike, he'll ask you questions about your background and how competitive you are. You'll have to sit on the sales floor for a bit and observe everyone to "get an experience of what the job would be like." If Mike asks you to stay to interview with the VP, you're still in the running. Otherwise, you don't have a shot at the job.
