Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview was located at their WV headquarters, requiring a 2.5-hour drive each way from the DMV area, with no compensation provided. I met with the CEO and Program Lead for the contract. The interview included standard questions, a review of my resume, and situational questions based on my past experience. They made many promises and seemed to indicate I had the job after salary negotiation. Following the interview, I stayed in touch with the hiring team and CEO, submitting all requested documentation. After a waiting period with no updates, my attempts to inquire about my status were met with ignorance from the team. Eventually, the CEO informed me they had chosen another candidate, which I found unprofessional, especially since I later discovered the job was reposted. I had reservations about the company's operations based on my research, but I decided to interview to form my own opinion. The entire process felt unprofessional, misinformed, and poorly managed. I do not recommend this organization.

I spoke with the CEO and COO, and they were both super friendly. The questions were all about behavior, and they really wanted to know if they were hiring people who were nice, had a strong work ethic, and were inclusive.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty straightforward interview, mostly behavioral and situational questions. It lasted about an hour, and the interviewer was easy to talk to. They asked a few questions, but it didn't feel rushed at all. The questions weren't technical; they seemed more focused on seeing if I'd be a good fit for the team.
