After submitting resumes, there was a quick screening call and some easy test questions. Then, the on-site final interviews started with an introduction to the company's culture. This was followed by a round of handwritten questions and presentations. After that, there was one interview round with a manager to discuss consulting questions, and another round with a different manager to talk about future development.

The interview process was quite structured and felt calm. It was a hybrid setup where one interviewer joined online and another, who seemed less experienced, was present in person. They asked a mix of questions, including aptitude, coding, puzzles, and problem-solving. A notable issue was that they seemed to reuse the same questions for different candidates, which felt unfair as it might benefit those whose names start with 'S' or 'T'.

I had an initial call, then a phone interview a week later. Two weeks after that, I went into the office for 5 rounds of interviews. I was told I'd hear back in a week, but I had to reach out after a month with no response. It's been 3 months since the in-person interviews and still nothing. The lack of communication is unprofessional after I spent 6 hours interviewing.

There are 5 rounds in the interview process. First is an assessment that lasts 2 hours. It covers basic quants, verbal, and logical reasoning, along with behavioral questions. After that, there's a group discussion, then a technical round, an HR round, and finally a managerial round.
